Assistant Director of Operations:  This is an online community/entertainment company at Belmont University.  First exposed to it via a practicum offered thru the school, my interest and involvement landed me in the position to make it a work study job followed by a part time position once the work study was completed.  I assist the director in daily tasks from consulting on on things need to be done, to teaching students how to use the equipment in the office.  (Replicator, Computers, Video Editing software, etc)  It also allows me to help book tours and shows, organize events and promote local artists.
